Sick Nick was a comic created and written by Paul Mulgrew.
Internal conficts that battle to shape our self-worth and identity is at the heart of the story. The visual storytelling medium is used to manifest the subtext and let us explore the nuance and intricacies of the characters and the illnesses they face. The reader is led to question their own views on happiness and the delusions we sell ourselves.
